GUIDELINES

 

• The events are open to all branches of Engineering, M.Tech, MCA & MBA.

•Participants should carry their college identity cards with them.

• Each entry must be forwarded by the principals of respected colleges.

• Selected entries for paper presentation will be informed latest by 7th March 2009.

• The decision of jury will be final for all the events.

• The competent authorities reserve the rights to scrap/alter any event without any prior information.

• Participation certificates will be given to all participants of paper presentation.

• Other rules about the events will be announced before the event or on the spot.

• No obscene and the vulgar statements / performance will to tolerated and thus will lead to disqualification of the team.

• Any kind of damage to the college property will not be entertained and those responsible will be penalized for that.

• All participants will have to bring 2 recent colored passport size photographs with them.

• Delegates from places at distance of 300 km or more will be reimbursed expenses limited to second class (Sleeper) to and from railway fare.(one way)

• Free lodging and boarding will be provided.

• Maximum number of students permitted per college is 20.
